Extended Care

PCCA's before and after-school program is available for students in K3 through 5. Children are provided a relaxed atmosphere of safety and care. Hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm. Children are given a snack and playground time, as well as a homework room and opportunities to play games and do arts and crafts projects. PCCA also offers an extensive summer program with several fun activities including cooking and field trips.

2009-2010 Extended Care Fee Schedule

Registration Fee Per Family: $50.00*
*Must register every school year
*The registration paperwork may be picked up in the LEC Office or from an extended care worker.

• School Year Weekly Fee (K3 and up): $75.00
• School Year Daily Fee (K3 and up): $25.00
• Hourly Fee (up to one hour only): $10.00
• Summer Weekly Fee (K4 and up): $125.00
• Summer Daily Fee (K4 and up): $35.00
• Summer Field Trip Fee: (K4 to 1st): $125.00
• Summer Field Trip Fee (incoming 2nd and up): $175.00

Fees should be paid on Monday for the week. Payments may be returned to the Extended Care Office, Crawford House, LEC Office or an Extended Care employee.

Children must be signed in and out daily.

Students shall follow regular dress-down guidelines as listed in the Parent-Student Handbook and Registration Packet.

Middle School Extended Care Now Available! It is available for after school only until 6:00pm. The cost is $55 per week or $15 per day or $10 for one hour after school only. Registration fee also applies. Please call Extended Care Supervisor at 407-438-2738 for more details or to register.
