History

Pine Castle Christian Academy's roots were established in the early 1950's as a preschool and kindergarten called Methodist Country Kindergarten. This ministry of Pine Castle United Methodist Church built a reputation for providing a sound academic and Christian environment for young children. In 1983, God revealed a much larger vision of Christian schooling. This plan was fulfilled in 1983; Pine Castle Christian Academy opened for the 1983-1984 school year with 125 students in grades K3 through 6. Additional grades were added year-by-year, grade-by-grade, through the twelfth grade. The first class of seniors graduated in 1990.
A new era begins now, in 2010, with the purchase of the new property and upgrade to facilities. Stay tuned for yet another 27 exciting years!
