Welcome to the PCCA Discovery Program

The Discovery program, accredited by the National Institute for Learning Disabilities, is dedicated to helping students who learn differently learn better. Our purpose is to equip students with a biblically grounded education, honoring God spiritually, physically, emotionally and academically.

Each student is individually assessed, generally entering the program beginning in first through fifth grade. An eighty- minute intense one-on-one therapy session is provided twice a week. Students otherwise remain in the regular classroom. Sessions include a variety of techniques designed to stimulate areas of weakness in perception and cognition.

The goal of Discovery is for each student to become independent and successful in the classroom and in life. There is an additional fee charged for students enrolled in the program. Tests are administered during the admissions process. Our key Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know My plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
